RETURNS POLICY

If the model, colour, size or other characteristics of the purchased goods are not correct, a return may be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. We will replace the defective goods free of charge with other goods of the same value, or refund the money paid for the goods (the amount refunded is the value of the goods only, excluding shipping charges).

Refund conditions:

To return an item, please make sure that:

·       Goods purchased in the last 14 days;

·       Goods have not been used (worn, etc.);

·       The returned goods are in their original and undamaged packaging;

·       Returned goods have original labels (protective films, etc.);

·       The returned goods are complete and in good working order;

·       Goods are in their original packaging

No refunds will be given if the conditions are not met.

Returning goods:

Returned goods are delivered to the point of sale, where they are assessed to see if they have been returned in accordance with the return conditions. If the goods meet the conditions for return, the amount paid for the goods shall be refunded no later than 10 working days after receipt of the returned goods. Refunds shall be made only to the account from which the payment was made. The exchange of goods for a different size, colour or model shall be agreed by the individuality by e-mail. If the prices of the goods to be exchanged are different, the difference shall be refunded to the customer or shall be subject to a surcharge.
